  Terrible experience. My grandparents decided to join some friends for a night out and enjoy the 3 course meal for $11.99 deal. However, when they were seated and asked to see the 3 course meal menu the waitress told them that promotion was no longer running. They were disappointed but continued with the evening. As they were finishing dinner another couple seated near them received the 3 course meal menus. When it was brought up to the waitress she said that only select people receive the 3 course meal menu. We have a lot of questions Applebee’s: how do you “select” people? Why weren’t my sweet lovely grandparents picked?! And how can you advertise a promotion and not include everyone?! Super disappointed and our family will not be coming back.

  I was not happy with our experience here. Not a busy time when we went, waitress looked upset she had to wait on our table, food came out cold while salad pieces were brown, and she kept on forgetting silverware after bringing food to the table. I had stated this all on the survey. Let's be real here, I've eaten in Iraq during deployments and I never complain about food service... I have had some pretty bad meals in my day and ate because that's what I needed to carry on. Here, I'm paying for food. I would not serve this meal that I had to someone else if I were the waitress, nor would I have given it to the waitress if I were the cook. I saw that they were hiring too, I wonder why. Some people just don't care I guess. It definitely reflected on this visit.

  Greeted promptly but when we were seating, both menus that were set in front of us were dirty! My front cover had some leftover something all over it! Server came over and took drink order and came back promptly with them. Took our orders! Next thing we sit for quite some time finishing our first soda while the server was sitting in bar area eating her food. I understand that they all need to eat as well but there were a total of 5 4-top tables in use with 4 servers plus the host. Could they not take turns eating!?! She soon came by with a soda for me but told my husband they were out if Dr. Pepper?! He got something else and she went back to eating. Finally our food came out, warm sandwich and fries were not hot like they should have been. I am sure they were sitting for a while. Again, she went back to eating. One table near us was seated, they sat for a while before our waitress finally came over, and then while our waitress was checking back with us, another large table seated in the bar area stopped her because no one came to there table after 5 minutes. Host doesn't alert when they seat someone and servers are too busy eating to notice! Food was good but colder then it should have been so this bad review is all on the wait staff!

  After 6pm on a Sunday night. Seated right away, waitress was right there to take my drink order. Service was very good. Food was good. Will definitely go back.

  Always a Good Time and Good Meal We were looking for a simple evening out. Applebee's delivered on the meal, sevice, atmosphere, and price. The riblets with honey BBQ sauce, fries, and coleslaw did it for me. I'm looking forward to going back for another nice evening out.
